Set up for me during a pleasant check in experience that simply felt like a lovely chat. The food in all the restaurants was superb. It was our first time at Ikos resorts and having travelled in many luxury hotels around the world, I can honestly say that the food, service, facilities and staff are unbelievable. The "new" Ikos Dassia (nearby) opens in May 2023 and we are tempted to try it but it will have to be really outstanding to beat the existing facility! The staff work so hard to make everything perfect for your stay - big thank you to Anastasia who looked after us as our concierge throughout of stay - she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday; Anastasios, the sommelier, for his incredible wine tasting session and for ensuring that at every dinner we had the right wines for our individual meals and to Asterios, the amazing hotel manager (who we previously met at Aria) for taking the time to give us an amazing welcome and ensuring that our holiday was the best it could be. We had no problem booking tables for evening meals. There was only one thing missing no shows put on the entertainment in the evening was virtually non-existent, hopefully shows will start in May as this is when the season starts. The rooms, the restaurants, the service are better than I experienced anywhere else in the world.
